Kore Federal, Inc., an information technology services provider to the Federal government, has been awarded a contract to support the Department of Defense (DoD) Continuous Process Improvement (CPI)/Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Program, led by IBM. The DoD CPI/LSS Program uses a disciplined performance improvement methodology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the DoD business operations supporting the warfighter. The office drives DoD-wide performance improvement activities; tracks results; provides training; assists the Department in establishing and growing its program; and captures the best business practices Enterprise-wide. The CPI/LSS Program is an enabling resource that helps DoD components achieve their goals.
Kore Federal will support the CPI/LSS Program Office with LSS Master Black Belts to train, coach, mentor and lead enterprise-wide performance improvement initiatives in support of DoD strategic goals.
The DoD CPI/LSS program builds on Kore Federal's strong track record of service to DoD, where we have performed on contracts for United States Army National Guard and the National Defense University. We look forward to our continued partnership, as a core supplier to Federal customers, with IBM.
