Kore Federal joins Army National Guard’s RCAS Virtualization Team

Kore Federal, Inc., a woman-owned, 8(a) information technology solution provider to the Federal government, has been awarded a contract under the Advanced Information Technology Systems (AITS) program to support the Reserve Component Automated System (RCAS) virtualization for the Army National Guard lead by SAIC.

The RCAS program will virtualize the fifty-four (54) distributed National Guard Bureau Joint Force Head Quarter’s Level 2 RCAS Database and Web systems. The new architecture will improve the efficiency of information technology (IT) resources and applications as well as reduce capital costs
by increasing energy efficiency. With the new virtualized architecture, applications will perform with the highest availability and performance
while guaranteeing a high level of operational continuity.

Kore Federal will support the virtualization team with system engineers, project managers, and project support.  “The RCAS Virtualization contract
was awarded based on our performance on prior AITS work”, said Andrea Stygar,  Kore Federal’s President and CEO.  “We are looking forward to providing a strong team of qualified management and technical personnel to assist with the new virtualized architecture design and implementation.” The RCAS virtualization project builds on Kore Federal's strong track record of service to the Army National.
